Overwhelm fix
Do you feel overwhelmed because there's too much to do?
You're wrong. There isn't too much to do - there's infinite to do.
And guess what? You're only gonna be able to do a tiny slice of it.
Accept the fact that the best you can hope for is to carve out one singular path through an insanely vast landscape of potential.
Which is fine, because the point is obviously not to do everything. The point is to do the right thing at the right time, producing better outcomes, quicker, more enjoyably.
How?
When you're doing something, just do that one thing. Don't be distracted or dismayed by the immensity of everything else you're not doing.
If you can train your focus on what's right in front of you and engage with it wholeheartedly, you can repeat with the next thing.
But don't expect perfection. When it's time to shift, shift. Make reasonable gains and keep moving.
Just let instinct guide you.
Why not? That's what it's there for.
You might as well give it a try - it's much better than spending all day driven by a frantic, paranoid thoughtstream.
